My bad folks. I listed CD's, not RECORDS. Haven't ordered much vinyl lately. Last time I ordered, I got a few oldies by Spear: Travelling(Full album 12" on Clocktower), Great Men 12"(Mango) and Shady Tree/Resting Place 7"(Jack Ruby)

When I wrote records it was mainly because that the word I use for albums. I really don't make any difference on CD's and vinyls (even though I buy primarily vinyl).

I haven't heard the Papa San album but the four other deejay albums are all great (even though I have a hard time listening to the Lepki one due to a song where he chats about having to beat his girlfriend). The Dennis Brown I think I've heard. It's a late 80's set right?

Yeah, that track on Willie Red (Lorna) has quite an odd choice of lyrics with "punch her in the eye, started to cry" and things like that. Wonder how the response to it was at the time of release? Papa San is nice digital stylee, on a label called King Dragon. It's pretty good with quite a few familiar riddims and San riding them in his usual nice way. Definitely worth the €10,- I paid for it.
The Dennis Brown is indeed a late 80s digital Tappa Zukie production. Nothing spectacular, some nice tracks among which the title track, some weaker efforts. Was cheap enough to give it a go and I've always liked the title Death Before Dishonour so had to get it.

looks like some nice headies there. Thanks for not blackballing CD's Kalcidis. I luv vinyl too. HIFI sound can't be beat when it comes to a reggae dance sound, imho.
