My opinions Kalcidis on the ones I have.
Chaplin - Essential - Diet Rock etc. Great LP
Lady Anne - All good
Interns (AKA Viceroys me thinks?) - Nice HEAVY slab of wax
Linval - Class man
Mystic Eyes - few great tracks but a weird press (one side from memory)
Rankin & Lucky - NUFF said. Wicked set
Rankin Dread - Surprised you had not got this one already, great all the same
Robt Ffrech / Anthony Johnson - Nice LP but my press (original) is a dirty piece of wax, one side especially
Real nice scoop all the same. Enjoy

My press of the French & Johnson is also quite ugly. It does however play remarkably clear. I'm more bummed out of the bad quality print of the cover. They look so cool on the photo that it's a pity that the colours are so bleak on it.
The R. Dread LP has been escaping me for a long time (never wanted to pay £20-£25 for it). Now I only need to find the original press of the dub album on Silver Camel and I will have a complete collection.
The cheapest of the bunch was Step It In A Zion for £3 and the most expensive being Sister Candy & Purpleman for approximately £23.

Impressive set to receive there, kalcidis. Nice. I recently found Grils Fiesta too (on nice blue vinyl), but it was an old library copy which means nasty stickers and such on the cover. Vinyl is in excellent condition though. Think I paid €10,- for it.

I've seen the blue vinyl, at a fair here in Stockholm, several times. Mint condition. But the seller wants a whooping £28 for it. I think it's a bit too expensive (even if I have been tempted). €10 is in my opinion a really great price.
The same seller wanted 1000 SEK (~£75) for Big Joe - At The Controls. Now there's a record I wouldn't mind having but at that price I'd be forced to eat noodles for the whole of 2008.

Regarding the RD dub LP, think I told you I have a white label press of this LP on Silver Kamel. Bloody great LP, how I over looked it years ago I'll never know. Brilliant!

Well, actually you can from what I've understood. Colored vinyls tend to get crackly quicker that ordinary black vinyls. Or is it just some kind of false rumor? Now when I already have the vinyl there's no reason for me getting the blue. Never been a completist on that level.
Yeah. If possible I'd love a scan on one of the labels (a blank Silver Camel-label with a rubber stamp mark on it right?).

Blank with hand writing on it but Silver Camel etched into the run off. I'll pic it tonight for ya.

Not sure about the crackle ting with coloured wax but I do know that CSA press wax goes to bits after a bit. Least that is my experience with them ;-(

The Raymond Naptali LP I've got on CSA is on yellow transparent wax and it hasn't gone to bits even though I play it frequently. Has this happened to several of your CSA LP's?
