I think I have distant memories of seeing razor blade pendants during the punk era (late 70s, early 80s) but in silver. I may even have wanted one. ;D

At that time any implied sigificance of cutting coke would have been way over my head. The guys at school were still whispering rumours relating to hallucinogenic hit caused by the smoking of dried banana skins. I never did find out if there was any truth in it. ;D

Surely 'ranking' just refers to reputation and reputation could be built on the mic of a sound or as a badman? Ranking Ann surely is a peaceful girl?

Yes, you're right. I have seven of those tunes too. I think I have another Zima Saw as well. I don't have the records to hand. I should have mentioned Pete Weston, those Advance tunes. I remember that comp, you just pipped Fish to the post.

That banana skin scam was a hoax put out by the Yippies in some paper like the East Village Other claiming that bananas get you high, hoping to get them banned. I don't think anyone in England really believed it back in the 1960s, though I'm sure the Irish still believe it in the 21st century.
